Taking charge of the Department of Education of Zhejiang Province, the Department of Science and Technology of Zhejiang Province, the Department of Commerce of Zhejiang Province, the Foreign Affairs Office (Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office) of Zhejiang Province, the Tsinghua Yangtze River Delta Research Institute, and Zhijiang Laboratory.
