Taking charge of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Zhejiang Province (the Bureau of Foreign Experts of Zhejiang Province), the provincial SASAC, the Market Regulation Administration of Zhejiang Province (the Intellectual Property Administration of Zhejiang Province), the Healthcare Security Administration of Zhejiang Province, the Drug Regulation Administration of Zhejiang Province, and provincial enterprises.
