Industrial Base

(1) In terms of new materials, Quzhou is the only base in China that has both fluorine and silicon industry development bases. It has formed three complete industrial chains of fluorine materials, organic silicon and inorganic silicon, and the most complete fluorine and silicon industries in China.

(2) In terms of new energy, Quzhou is the world's largest cobalt material industry base. It has a complete industrial system in the development of new energy vehicles and lithium battery industries, with a lithium battery industry cluster. It is building a world-class lithium battery material production base.

(3) In terms of electronic information, Quzhou is China's electronic chemical materials industry base, integrated circuit industry base of Zhejiang province, and electronic components and materials industry base of Zhejiang province. It is also a photovoltaic industry base of Zhejiang Province and an important production base for new energy and new materials.

(4) In terms of high-end equipment manufacturing, Quzhou is an internationally renowned manufacturing base for the aerodynamic industry, a world-class screw compressor production base, and an important production base for mining engineering equipment and power transmission and distribution equipment.

(5) In terms of high-end specialty paper, Quzhou is the China Special Paper Industry Base, China's High-end Special Paper Industry Base, China Pulp and Paper Research Institute Achievement Demonstration Base, and the permanent venue for the China International Specialty Paper Exhibition. Quzhou Branch of China Pulp and Paper Research Institute and Zhejiang Special Paper New Material Technology Research and Development Center are located here. Its production and sales account for a quarter of the national market share.

(6) In terms of high-end biomedicine, Quzhou built the Shanghai Zhangjiang Quzhou Biomedical Incubation Base in Shanghai Zhangjiang International Innovation Park in 2014. Next, it will focus on the development of life health and medical device industries.
