To apply for a Foreign Experts Working Permit, the following documents shall be presented:

1. Foreign Experts Working Permit Application Record;

2. Curriculum Vitae (educational background and work experience shall be included);

3. a copy of the highest education certificate or of the documentary evidence of the professional qualifications;

4. the health certificate issued by either a foreign medical institution authenticated by the Chinese embassy or consulate in the applicant¡¯s country or a health quarantine department designated by the Chinese government;

5. the employment agreement or contract.
