Deloitte Real Estate Advisory ¨C Business Location Services is asked to evaluate a number of locations for a potential shared service center investment by a worldwide operating and stock listed technological company. We are asked to create a business case for these locations. One of the locations our client is considering is Hangzhou Since the project is (internally) classified, the project will be referred to as Project Square.
 
I would like to get in touch with a representative of the Zhejiang International Investment Promotion Center to ask him a few questions, mainly regarding the local labor market. Could you please indicate to whom I should address my questions in your organization? Is it possible to call or e-mail this person to discuss and clarify some things about our client?
