ASKING info about some Zhejiang companies

To Whom It May Concern:

I want to go in the business and I search partnership with Chinese companies. It is almost one month I am doing research in Alibaba, manufacture and e-commerce sites and Google. I contacted and choused   some companies, almost all companies are in the province-country Zhejiang. But all choused Chinese companies have more that 2 names, addresses, phone numbers; their certificates have different company names, addressees and etc.

So I write in your ˇ°Industry and Commerce Administration Bureau of Zhejiangˇ±:

to confirm the validity of the companies , and if the companies are legally registered.
to check if they have certificates for foreign trade
