Thanks for listen me on phone nicely. My name is Dilawar Shah.I am a Pakistan citizen I am living here in Keqiao from last four years.
Recently american visa appoved from America and I will apply for that visa in Pakistan.But in Pakistan they need some documents from me.Police certification is one of them. they want where I live from outside of pakistan get a police clearance certificate from the local police station.
For this purpose I visit to the local police station in Keqiao, but they said we can't issue this to foreingers.This is not against the law but I don't know why they not giving me this. I am sending you american embassy email which is sent to me in attachment. please you check it.I have shown you thier words for police certification in red color. please you check the attachment with email.
I will be very very thankful to you. please show me some place or police station where i go and discuss.I am giving you my cell number 138********.if possible reply me today.
