Dear Sir/Madam,
 
This is with reference to my sales contract with Haining Yongfa Lighting Electric Co., Ltd, Pendun Town, Haining, Zhejiang China Tel: 0086-573-87087888 through it's CEO Mr. Wei Cell NO.0086-13806725293 According to our sales C ontract I had transfered the advance of USD 5000 to his account, and at the time of shippment in February he refused to supply me the stock (Bulbs) and demanding the increase in prises which I don't accept after long negotiations with Mr. Wei we agree that he will transfer me that advance and our contract will be cancelled which I accepted.
 
Now, since february he is not refunding me my advance back neither attending my calls nor replying my emails, Last month I send my friend there to his factory, even then he promise to pay back but till now he is cheating with me and not refunding me my advance, As I have spent too much on vist,telephones and declain in currency value I lost too much.
 
Keeping in view the above you are requested to please get my money back from him alongwith my all demages.
 
Your kind action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Or you can take steps at once legally to recover the advance.
