Operation of Qiantang River Wharf Project, Shaoxing County

I. Operation Time:
Round-the-clock Operation from April 1st till September 1st.

II. Operation Water Area:
In the west of the middle section of the 2nd Project of Qiangtang River Shaoxing Beach Reclamation 97th Dune (see the attached map).

III. Operation Boats:
1. main operation boats:
1) Haili 801 (pile driving boat, length x breadth x depth x load draught: 80x30x6x3.1)
2) Haili 802 (pile driving boat, length x breadth x depth x load draught: 60x24x4x2.8)
2. support boats:
Haili 803 (tugboat), Haili 805 (tugboat), and Haili 809 (work boat).

IV. Operation Content:
Bored pile operation, precast pile operation, cast-in-place operation of substructure mooring dolphin beam, and precast and installation of the beam slab.

V. Cautions:
1. Operation boats shall exhibit signal lights and shapes in accordance with the International Regulations for Preventing Collisions at Sea, 1972.
2. Operation boats shall keep on watch and tune in to the working channel of VHF16 at any time. Operation boats shall pay close attention to the passing-by ships and boats, initiate contact with them and take timely safety measures to avoid collision.
3. Ships and boats passing the waters under operation shall intensify communications with the operation boats, take necessary safety measures to avoid collision and ensure the safe passage.
4. Irrelevant ships and boats are forbidden from sailing into the waters under operation.
