Chen MinĄŻer, male, a postgraduate from the Central Party School, was born in September, 1960 in Zhuji, Zhejiang Province. He joined the Communist Party of China in September, 1982.  Beginning his professional career in August, 1981, Chen served successively as Standing Member of the Party Committee and Director of Propaganda Department of Shaoxing County, Deputy Director of Propaganda Department of Shaoxing, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Shaoxing County, Head of Shaoxing County, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shaoxing County, Standing Member of the Party Committee of Shaoxing, Secretary of the Party Committee of Shaoxing, Standing Member of the Party Committee of Ningbo, Vice Mayor of Ningbo, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Ningbo, Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Daily Group, Director of Zhejiang Daily Group, Standing Member of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Director of the Provincial Propaganda Department and Executive Vice Governor.
