From June 10 to 29, the provincial carders, under the arrangement of the Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, received people seeking help from higher authorities for their problems in basic units, listened to their opinions, solved their problems, urged and supervised the petitions and visits in the cities and counties.

These days, the provincial carders Zhao Hongzhu, Lu Zushan, Zhou Guofu, Xia Baolong, Wang Guoping, Ren Zemin, Si Xinliang, Wang Huizhong, Bayin Chaolu, Li Qiang, Huang Kunming, Ge Huijun, Wang Yongming, Chen Jiayuan, Mao Linsheng, Jin Deshui, Wang Jianman, Zheng Jiwei, divided into 15 different groups, leading the people in charge in each sector under the direct control of provincial government, had been to 15 counties (cities and districts) to have face-to-face meeting with people seeking help from higher authorities for their problems, listen to their opinions whole-heartedly and discuss solutions to difficult problems. The 15 counties (cities and districts) are Shaoxing County, Daishan County, Changxing County, Changshan County, West Lake District, Linhai City, RuiĄŻan City, Yinzhou District, Jingning County, Tiantai County, Haining City, Shangyu City, PanĄŻan County, Qingyuan County and Longyou County.
