It was reported by the Health Bureau of Zhejiang Province yesterday that three new cases of imported A/H1N1 flu had been confirmed in Zhejiang, among which two are in Hangzhou and one in Wenzhou. Till now, the accumulated total of confirmed cases of A/H1N1 flu in Zhejiang has reached thirty seven.
Among the three new patients, there are two males and one female. One patient in Wenzhou is a male Indian and the other two patients in Hangzhou are students returning from abroad. They showed symptoms of fever and cough on June 29 and laboratory testing proved positive for A/H1N1 flu virus nucleic acid. Right now, the patients are being treated in quarantine in designated local hospitals and remain in a relatively stable condition. Close contacts are tracked down and under medical observation at home by the health departments. |
