In recent days, ¡°Service Month for Enterprises with Overseas Chinese Capital¡± has been officially launched. 12 enterprises with overseas Chinese capital including UT Starcom have become the first key contacting enterprises.

In the light of Hangzhou¡¯s ¡°Service Month for Foreign Companies¡±, the Overseas Chinese Office of Hangzhou is launching a campaign of ¡°Service Month for Enterprises with Overseas Chinese Capital¡± this month. During the month, the Overseas Chinese Office of Hangzhou will host a series of activities: to give lectures on the Enterprise Income Tax Law of the People¡¯s Republic of China and the Labour Law of People¡¯s Republic of China, helping the enterprises analyze and understand the implementation regulations; to organize a team of legal counsels to visit enterprises with overseas Chinese capital, listening to their comments and helping them coordinate and resolve some economic disputes; to conduct policy advisory service, promoting good advice for enterprises¡¯ faster and better development; and to publicize the investment environment of Hangzhou as well as the good developing tendency of enterprises, creating a perfect environment for the development of enterprises with overseas Chinese capital. On the kickoff ceremony of the campaign, 34 ¡°2006-2007 Hangzhou Outstanding Enterprises with Overseas Chinese Capital¡± were granted commendations.
