It is 300 days before the exhibition hall of Tengtou Village, Fenghua City, will be unveiled at the 2010 Shanghai World Expo. To encourage the participation of the villagers in the Expo, the village has invited the CEO of Nottingham University Ningbo, China as its Ambassador to the World Expo and dozens of foreign teachers from the university to teach the villagers English.
