340,000 People Get Vaccinated with 76 Cases of Slightly Adverse Reactions

It was learned on November 5 from the Health Bureau of Zhejiang Province that up till 5 P.M. the vaccination was going smoothly in Zhejiang with 345,558 people vaccinated, which accounts for 41.4% of the first batch of 840,000 vaccinations. There are a total of suspected 76 cases with adverse reactions. The Health Bureau of Zhejiang Province reported that at present the incidence rate of adverse reactions with A/H1N1 flu vaccine in Zhejiang is practically consistent with that of seasonal flu. The vaccine is safe because the incidence rate of the adverse reactions monitored is still under control.

Up till 3 P.M. on November 5 there were 3,874 confirmed cases of AH1N1 in Zhejiang, among which were 29 cases still in hospital and 692 cases undergoing home quarantine treatment.
