Zhejiang Reported an Accumulated Total of 70 Confirmed Cases of A/H1N1 Flu

It was reported by the Health Bureau of Zhejiang Province today that three new cases of imported A/H1N1 flu were confirmed in Wenzhou today. Up to now, the accumulated total of confirmed cases of A/H1N1 flu in Zhejiang has reached seventy. At present, 26 patients are receiving hospital treatment and 188 are under medical observation.
The three new patients were reported to be male, all Chinese. They showed such symptoms as fever and cough from July 6th to 7th and the subsequent laboratory testing proved positive for A/H1N1 flu virus nucleic acid. Right now, the patients are being treated in quarantine in designated local hospitals and remain in a relatively stable condition. Close contacts are tracked down and under medical observation at home by the health departments.
