Zhejiang Reports 3 New Confirmed Cases of A/H1N1 Flu

It was reported by the Health Bureau of Zhejiang Province on July 8th that three new cases of imported A/H1N1 flu had been confirmed, one in Taizhou and two in Ningbo. Till now, the accumulated total of confirmed cases of A/H1N1 flu in Zhejiang has reached sixty seven. At present, 31 patients are receiving hospital treatment and 198 are under medical observation.
The three new patients were reported to be all male, two Chinese students studying in Australia and one Filipino. They showed such symptoms as fever and cough on July 7th and the subsequent laboratory testing proved positive for A/H1N1 flu virus nucleic acid. Right now, the patients are being treated in quarantine in designated local hospitals and remain in a relatively stable condition. Close contacts are tracked down and under medical observation at home by the health departments.
