On the afternoon of August 30, a ceremony was held in Guanzhuang, Qingchuan, when the primary and middle schools that Zhejiang Province helped construct were handed over. Chen Zhengyong, Qingchuan county magistrate, received the keys from Tan Yueming, chief of the provincial aid construction headquarters, and the 39 schools constructed by Zhejiang Province were officially put into operation.

It was learned that, the construction and preparation work is still underway for the other 10 schools that our province aided in constructing, because of the relocation of the county town. It was estimated that 3 schools will be completed later this year, and the other 7 will be put into use by September 1, 2010.
