It is learned from the provincial work meeting for assisting Qingchun County in the post-disaster restoration and reconstruction, the Program of Assisting Qingchuan County in Post-disaster Restoration and Reconstruction (named Program hereinafter) has been formally issued to all areas and all departments. The Program specifies 11 cities and 29 counties (cities or districts) with relatively developed economy in Zhejiang Province to give aid to 36 towns in Qingchuan.  

Presently, the province has selected some projects in the urgent need of people¡¯s life and post-disaster reconstruction as the first batch of assistance projects, which have been started. The projects include 51 projects of 10 categories with a total investment of 1.54 billion yuan, covering 3 areas of homeland reconstruction, facilities reconstruction and industry reconstruction.
