As of noon May 29 Zhejiang had made a relief donation totaling 3.02658 billion yuan, with 2.54372 billion yuan in cash and 482.86 million in relief materials, quoting the Leading Group Office of Sichuan Earthquake Disaster Relief Work.

Up till now, Zhejiang has transported 46,072 tents to quake-infected areas, of which 26,806 have been received. 42,556 tents in them were sent to Guangyuan, Sichuan, and 24,308 have arrived. Zhejiang also amassed other materials needed by Guangyuan, including 426 thousand quilts, 1.798 million clothes, 1,032 tons of food, and 1,210 tons of bottled water. Zhejiang further contributed to the mass efforts by building 8,700 temporary dwellings.
 
Up to 10:30 a.m. May 29, "special Party fee" worth as much as nearly 163 million yuan was contributed voluntarily by over 458 thousand Party members in Zhejiang. In addition to these, Zhejiang has received two batches of wounded survivors, who have been forwarded to six cities in Zhejiang .
